This Zoom seminar was recorded on February 9, 2021 . The Mental Health & COVID Family Seminar is intended for parents and was presented in partnership with Marriage and Family therapists from Christian Counseling Center of San Jose.
Identify, be equipped, and learn to navigate the proverbial storm we have all been in due to the pandemic. We seek to address the psychological and emotional impact of COVID and mental health of the family unit. We hope to obtain from professional counselors, not only encouragement in our faith, but practical steps on how to cope and restore peace amongst the difficulties we all face.
