This is Ken Ham, on a mission to call the church back to the authority of God’s Word.Your lungs are both warm and moist—the ideal spot for bacteria to rapidly multiply. So why don’t we get more lung infections?

Well, God designed multiple systems to keep your lungs clear.

First, you produce a quart of mucous a day to trap dust and germs—before air enters your lungs. Anything that makes it past that, gets expelled up a so-called “escalator”—with tiny waving hairs inside your lungs.

And, if that fails, special white blood cells are constantly in your lungs, on the prowl for nasty intruders.

Without these systems, pneumonia would kill each of us.

No, our bodies aren’t the products of millions of years of chance!
