She started as a casting intern and worked her way up. She studied acting but as soon as she graduated she realized she had no idea what other jobs you could have in the field. She realized she’s so much more at ease and really good at advocating for other people than she ever would be trying to pitch herself. Through that, she learned how to adjust to trust the universe!

Her story is a testimony of why you shouldn't be afraid to shift your path.

The COVID-19 Pandemic is affecting a lot of industries, including the acting industry, Erica shares advice on how creatives like her can adapt to this time and keep wellness and self-love a priority so we can come out of this quarantine our best selves. We can’t predict when the industry will come back to normal regarding the pandemic and quarantine, but we can make sure we come out ready to go!

Ericka also gives her advice on actors who want to transition from TV/Film to theatre. She discusses all things Broadway and although it is a great credit to have, it's not everything and it doesn’t guarantee anything.
