Cap (Urban Dictionary definition): A term used to describe when someone is saying something that is either false, seems false, or is highly opinionated. CAPPING (urban dictionary definition): when someone writes in all capital letters to yell on social media.
Question to Ponder: “Are you considering the full picture of the puzzle or just completing the parameter/sections of it?”
Today’s Reflection1. How will I do myself good today? How will I prioritize me today? 2. How will I love myself today? What will I do today to show myself love? 3. How will I demonstrate kindness to myself today? 4. What strategies will I take today to make time for myself?
It matters how we send and receive messages. You can learn to be better communicators if both parties are invested.

Don’t stop trying. Sometimes we are on new paths and it is unfamiliar... this makes it feel like the path is never ending. Sometimes on a new path we are unsure of the direction to take, per say. Well believe in yourself. Never give up! And prepare for the path ahead!

The posterior chain is the foundation of our body also called “The powerhouse”. All the largest and most powerful muscles are included and these muscles are designed to hold you upright the whole day long, but for most people these muscles stop working because we spend more and more time in a seated position. As we sit the whole day; lack of exercise and sedentary lifestyle is a problem of this century. This then goes on to cause a lot of physical problems, but the most common problem comes from the lower back.

Make a list of things you have accomplished. Fold a sheet of paper on half... on one side write the things you have accomplished. On the other write your LEVEL UP. Here also describe what you will have to do to achieve these different things. Happy reflecting!
