The last quarter moon in Taurus of 11 August 20 has the Moon exalted. When a planet is exalted, it has this harmonious potentiality. It's an expression of that planetary energy in its highest form. The planet doesn't have responsibilities like the domicile ruler does. It doesn’t have to worry about things except for enjoying the energy of its nature.
