About Charle Peck
Charle has over 15 years of experience in education and mental health research. Currently, she works as a High School Teacher who delivers mental health curriculum and collaborates with education leaders and mental health professionals to deliver school-based support. As an MSW student, Charle uses valuable clinical therapy tools and approaches with clients and have specialized training in trauma-informed practice. Additionally, she is the host of the podcast "Advancing Humanity" where they highlight contributions people are making towards a thriving human experience.
As a speaker, Charle delivers messages to parents and educators to inform them of typical growth and behavior patterns in order to improve relationships and family dynamics. Also, she teaches students about their own development to empower them as they grow and learn. This insight enables them to become stronger communicators with tools to make healthier decisions during this transitional time.
Through her podcast, Charle interviews people who have a genuine passion for making this world a better place to live, and who are willing to challenge the status quo. Through connection, health, and innovation, the future looks promising, though she acknowledges there are inevitable obstacles we must face, and we need to talk about them.
Previously, Charle worked as Workshop Facilitator where she encouraged large corporate groups to “live their best lives" by providing meaningful ways to manage their chronic stress due to busy work and family obligations. She challenges the idea that balance is attainable, so restructuring priorities is essential to finding peace and harmony.
