Today I sit down with a former NCAA runner and, now, founder of his own business Coaching on the Run as a certified coach, Matt Mills.

He shares how he started and pursued to be a coach by following his "inner instincts" and how he became motivated by "discomfort". He was previously in a different industry and there was a certain moment that led him to shift his career. This is something most people are doubting to do due to "fear".

It is also great to hear from a coach who has passion to guide other people who want change their life. If you are now feeling afraid to make a change on what you usually do, coach Matt has something to say to you.

As a coach, he not only helps runners to reach their running goals but also this kind of leadership which anyone could benefit from and important to own.

Let's hear more from coach Matt and be inspired by his experiences.
