Today I sit down with a former pro hockey player and owner of RAD Hockey, Brett Beebe.

He shares some great lessons based on his past experiences when he was starting to play hockey. One of the things he says to me which I know you will totally agree with, is that people nowadays are constantly looking side to side and keeping up with other people rather than focusing on their own journey.

We talk a lot about his journey running his business and how RAD Hockey helps kids and coaches to reach their goal in sports. It is important for one person to know where his/her motivation comes from as this will help in keeping up with his/her pace.

If you plan to bring your kids to enroll in his programs or in any other programs, it is necessary to get your kids to have a mindset of what they are expected to be in that program. This will help the coaches to pursue in developing their abilities in sports. It's like giving back the effort they gave in teaching the kids.

And it is really important to show support to kids as it will boost their confidence in sports they are after and truly express their abilities. Remember, sports can take you into a lot of places in this world.
