Join us again this week as we continue our sermon series in the Gospel of John with chapter 9 verses 1-12.

Why does God allow suffering? In John 9, Jesus encounters a man who had been blind from birth. While the disciples assume his suffering must be punishment for a particular sin, Jesus explains that his blindness would become an opportunity for the works and glory of God to be displayed.
By giving physical sight to the blind man, Jesus illustrates His greater mission as the Light of the World—the Savior who opens spiritually blind eyes and brings life to those living in darkness.

This sermon explores the relationship between sin and suffering, the urgency of doing God’s work while there is still time, and the way genuine faith responds to Jesus with obedience. Whether facing suffering, confusion, sin, or spiritual blindness, we are invited to bring it all to Christ and walk in His light.
