In the final week of our Building Together series, we look at what the New Testament teaches about church growth. Should a local church care about growing? Should we aim to reach more people, make more disciples, and expand the work of ministry?

From Acts 2, Matthew 28, and other New Testament passages, we see that the early church was constantly growing because it was committed to the mission Jesus gave: to glorify God by making authentic disciples who love and worship Him in all they do.

As Walnut Creek Church looks toward the future, we are praying, giving, and growing together so that more people in Altoona and the surrounding communities would come to know Jesus for generations to come.
