Welcome to the 100th episode! In this special episode, we'll take a trip down memory lane with the coaches of CBU Cheer and STUNT, Tami, Olivia, and Brandon.

We'll start by discussing Tami's journey into cheerleading and how she got the job at CBU. Olivia will then share her experience as an athlete on the team and what it was like to tragically lose her coach. Brandon will also weigh in on his experience building the STUNT program.

After the break, we'll get personal and ask each other some tough questions, including our proudest moments coaching CBU Cheer, favorite routines, athletes, and who drove us nuts the most. We'll share some of the funniest stories from CBU Cheer and then wrap up the episode by reflecting on what CBU Cheer has taught us and what we'll always remember about our time with the program.
