The energy and wild abandon of rockabilly is familiar to many through the early works of Carl Perkins, Elvis, Merle Travis, Wanda Jackson, and other greats. We showcase rockin’ 1976-2004 performances by Los Angeles supergroup The Blasters, Detroit area guitarist/vocalists Steve Nardella and George Bedard, San Diego's legendary Paladins, and the late great guitarist/vocalist Jimmy Lee Fautheree (along with guitar genius/vocalist Deke Dickerson). Great songwriting, superb guitar work, and powerful vocals! As a bonus, enjoy some burning piano from Gene Taylor and Mark "Mr B" Braun, and a guest appearance by (Little Richard alumni) the late great Lee Allen on sax.
