Parents, honor is something that is given intentionally. The very word implies choosing to give respect and care to another person. And to do so without grumbling and with a spirit of love & humility. It, simply put, is the willingness to do what’s right in the sight of God. Keep in mind, if we don't teach our kids/teens what to Honor, there are those ready, willing, and so able to teach them all sorts of ways to be "dishonorable."
