If spiritual family is going to be lived out in a way that pleases God and enriches us, there is a non-negotiable ingredient that must remain near the top of the list of our shared priorities: HUMILITY. Jesus modeled humility every day of His earthly life in His relationships, His conflicts, His ministry to others and in His submission to the Father’s will. We cannot fail to do the same as we follow Him. This message unpacks a famous passage in Philippians chapter two, known as the kenosis passage.
