So much of life is spent building, protecting, working, and providing for the people we love. Psalm 127 reminds us that these good things can quickly become exhausting when we try to carry them without God. Our homes, security, work, rest, and families all matter deeply, but when we depend solely on our own strength, anxiety often becomes a sign that we've taken on burdens we were never meant to carry. True flourishing begins when we invite God into every area of our lives and trust Him with what matters most.Trust changes the way we approach everything- from the work we do and the homes we create to the way we rest and raise our children. Our work can become an act of worship, rest becomes an expression of dependence on God, and parenting becomes an opportunity to steward the lives He has entrusted to us with grace. Instead of anxiously striving to control every outcome, Psalm 127 invites us to surrender our worries to the One who cares for us and discover the freedom that comes from building our lives with God at the center.
It's easy to remember God's faithfulness when life is going well, but much harder when we're walking through seasons of uncertainty, disappointment, or struggle. Psalm 136 calls God's people to remember- not because God forgets, but because we do. Recounting God's work throughout creation, the Exodus, the wilderness, and the Promised Land, this psalm reminds us that His steadfast love has been present through every chapter of His people's story. When we remember what God has done in the past, we gain confidence to trust Him with both the present and the future.The story of Israel ultimately points to our own journey of faith. God is our Creator who gives us purpose, our Rescuer who brings freedom through Christ, our Shepherd who faithfully forms us through life's wilderness seasons, and our Giver who invites us to live in the fullness of His promises. No matter where you find yourself today, God's faithful love has not changed. As we remember His goodness, our hearts are strengthened to follow Him with confidence, worship Him with gratitude, and share His love with the world.
Psalm 119 is the longest chapter in the Bible, yet its singular focus is remarkably simple: the life-changing power of God's Word. In a world filled with competing voices and shifting opinions, we're invited to see Scripture not merely as history or literature, but as God's living revelation to humanity. The way we view the Bible shapes the way we receive it, and ultimately, the way we live. Jesus Himself treated God's Word as the ultimate authority, making it the foundation for His life and ministry- and we're called to do the same.When God's Word becomes the authority in our lives, it transforms us from the inside out. It provides direction when we're unsure of the path ahead, becomes a refuge and source of hope in life's hardest moments, and fills our hearts with a joy that nothing else can satisfy. More than a collection of ancient writings, the Bible points us to Jesus- the living Word- and invites us into a deeper relationship with Him, where truth becomes more than information; it becomes the source of a flourishing life.
Real life change doesn't begin with trying harder, it begins with a changed heart. In Psalm 51, David's prayer of repentance reveals that God isn't looking for perfection, but for honest hearts that are willing to turn back to Him. Repentance is more than feeling sorry for our sin; it's an invitation to experience God's forgiveness, restoration, and transforming grace. As we confess our failures and take responsibility for them, God meets us with mercy and begins the work of making us new.True repentance leads to more than forgiveness- it produces lasting fruit. God renews our hearts, refreshes our souls, and shapes us into people who reflect His character in every area of life. When we approach Him with humility and surrender, we discover that the greatest sacrifice we can offer is a heart fully yielded to Him. Lasting life change isn't something we achieve on our own- it's the miracle God accomplishes in us as we draw near to Him.
As Jesus prepared to face the cross, He sang the closing verses of Psalm 118- a song of confidence, gratitude, and hope that nourished His soul in the darkest moment of His earthly life. These timeless words remind us that, like Jesus, we have a choice in how we respond to life's challenges. Rather than being defined by fear or uncertainty, we can anchor ourselves in God's faithful presence, build our lives on Christ the Cornerstone, and rest in the assurance that we are deeply loved by Him.Psalm 118 also calls us to cultivate a life marked by gratitude and resurrection hope. Thankfulness reshapes our perspective, even in difficult seasons, while the victory of Jesus over death gives us confidence that suffering and loss will never have the final word. Because Christ has conquered the grave, we can face both today's struggles and tomorrow's uncertainties with joy, courage, and the unshakable hope that God always has the last word.

When Jesus becomes our Shepherd, we learn that true fulfillment isn't found in having more, but in being rooted in His presence. No matter what season you're facing, God desires to fill your cup so completely that His goodness overflows into every area of your life.
What feeds your soul? In a world filled with endless distractions, many people find themselves exhausted, anxious, overwhelmed, and spiritually hungry. Kicking off our summer journey through the Psalms, Psalm 1 invites us to discover the source of a flourishing life: delighting in and meditating on the Word of God. These ancient songs have nourished God's people for generations, pointing hearts toward His presence, His truth, and ultimately, to Jesus.Like a tree planted by streams of water, those who root themselves in God's truth find strength, stability, and fruitfulness in every season. As we begin this series through the Psalms, we'll discover how feeding our souls with God's Word leads to a deeper experience of His blessing, His presence, and the life He desires for us.

Looking at Ephesians 6, we discover that the armor of God is not simply about personal protection, but about preserving the unity, mission, and witness of the people of God in a world filled with spiritual opposition.Through the truth of the gospel, the power of prayer, and the victory of Jesus over every power of darkness, believers are called to stand firm as ambassadors of His kingdom. Wherever God has placed you- in your home, workplace, school, or community- you have been deployed to bring hope, reconciliation, and the love of Christ into the world. The battle is real, but the victory has already been won.
He is patient, present, and faithful to lead each step. True discernment is less about achieving perfect certainty and more about growing in trust as you faithfully follow Him.

s Day weekend celebrates the women who faithfully plant seeds of faith through prayer, encouragement, sacrifice, and love. What may seem small today can become a source of strength, shelter, and blessing for generations to come.
Drawing from Psalm 8 and Genesis, the message reveals that to be fully human is not something to overcome, but something God designed as good. We are personally created, fully known and deeply loved, and crowned with glory and honor as image-bearers of God. Rather than diminishing our humanity, sin distorts it, but in Christ, we are invited to rediscover what it truly means to live as the people God created us to be.
The resurrection declares that no darkness is too deep, no barrier too strong, and no fear too great for Jesus to overcome. The same power that raised Him from the grave is able to meet us in our own places of struggle and bring new life. Easter invites us to believe that what feels buried can be made alive again, and that in Christ, our greatest trials can become the starting point of transformation.
On this Good Friday, we trace the story of Scripture as a search for living water, showing how Jesus is the true source who satisfies what nothing else can. By becoming thirsty in our place, He makes a way for us to be filled and to come home to God and experience the life we were created for. Good Friday reminds us that Jesus went dry so that we could drink deeply of His grace, both now and forever.
some resist, some question, and some surrender. That same choice remains today. The invitation is not just to believe in Jesus, but to lay down our lives before Him, recognizing that true discipleship is a journey of surrender to the One who already holds all authority.

The sign points beyond itself to the greater reality that Jesus came not just to perform miracles, but to confront death itself and bring resurrection life to the world.

Jesus later finds the man again, reminding us that true healing is more than restored mobility, it is wholeness of soul. This sign shapes our view of Jesus as one who seeks out the suffering, asks about our deepest desires, gives grace without earning, and calls us into a life that is whole, body and spirit.

first response after encountering Jesus was to spread the good news, reminding us that true joy naturally overflows into witness.
This Advent message invites us to rediscover peace by looking closely at three responses to the birth of Jesus in Matthew 2:1-12. King Herod opposed Him, the religious leaders overlooked Him, and the Magi opened their hearts in worship. What makes the story so striking is that the ones who traveled farthest, both physically and spiritually, were the ones who truly found Him. These Magi were outsiders, coming from a place the Bible often associates with darkness, yet they were the ones searching for light. Their gifts carried deep meaning: gold for the King, frankincense for the High Priest, and myrrh pointing to His sacrificial death. Through their example we see that biblical peace is not the absence of conflict, but the presence of Christ in the middle of whatever we face. Following Jesus may bring opposition, but it also brings the promise that no matter how far we feel from God, He is drawing us near. The question this Advent is simple but profound: how will we respond to the gift of the Prince of Peace?

The golden calf in Exodus 32 is not just an ancient misstep; it is a mirror showing how easily we reshape God when waiting feels unbearable. When Moses delayed, the Israelites did not try to replace God; they tried to redefine Him on their terms. This message explores how seasons of waiting expose our spiritual amnesia and lure us toward modern idols like comfort, approval, control, and power that promise freedom but lead us into deeper slavery. At the core of the sermon is this truth: Jesus plus nothing equals everything. Whether you are waiting for healing, direction, restoration, or breakthrough, the call is to identify the idols we have formed, fix our eyes on Jesus, and stay faithful even in the silence. You might be closer to breakthrough than you think, maybe even on day 39 of a 40-day trial. Do not give up. God is still working, still speaking, and still standing in the gap for you.

When we understand that worship begins with sacrifice, offering our time, talents, and treasure, we join His mission and encounter His presence in ways that transform everything.

He was constantly reminding His followers who were wanting the best seats in Heaven, He was reminding them if you want to be the greatest you must become a servant to all.

Tonight is Good Friday. Two days before Easter, we remember and reflect on the crucifixion of our Lord. The Apostle Paul reminds us that it was through the cross of Christ that God was “canceling the record of debt that stood against us with its legal demands . . . nailing it to the cross” (Colossians 2:13-15). Pastor Brent Cunningham will be teaching out of Matthew 26:14-29, looking at how Jesus used a Passover meal to explain what he was about do through his death and resurrection. Welcome to this weekend’s service. Ever wonder why so many of Jesus’ miracles centered around the dangerous Sea of Galilee? We invite you join us as we explore how the ancient biblical authors thought of “the seas” as chaos waters. This ominous role that the seas played in the minds of the biblical authors can be seen from page one of the Bible all the way to the very end — “Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and the sea was no more.” (Rev 21:1).

Wind is a powerful force in nature and has played a pivotal role in many epic scenes found in the Scriptures. The Hebrew word for wind is Ruach. But it's also a word used to describe breath and Spirit. All three of these depict the movement of God.
Pastor Donny will close his time this weekend with a powerful story from the Gospel of Matthew and a Rembrandt painting that shows how Jesus is in control of the Wind!

The Bible frequently speaks of ‘living water’. So what is that? And if we’re called to be those who refresh others, what does that mean? We’ll also consider the challenge to live our lives as world changers and history makers!

In a world that has been so divided over the last couple of years, let’s think about how we can disagree agreeably, really hear each other, and get along in our diverse opinions.
This weekend, we look at an episode in the lives of two of the greatest New Testament heroes - the apostles Paul and Barnabas. They changed the world, planted churches, endured persecution - and then fell out in a row over team selection. How can we disagree agreeably, and consider ‘hot topics’ thoughtfully and biblically, without shouting that only leads to soundbites? And thanks as ever for joining us.

There is certainly no shortage of worry in the world Jesus has some radical things to say about it. Join us as we say, “Lord, teach us how to overcome worthless worry”.
Jesus has some radical things to say about worry. Not all worry is wrong but there is a worthlessness about some worry which just chokes the joy out of life. We also need to understand the way that we think and react when the stress comes. As we end the series, “Healthy minds – God help us”, we affirm that we certainly need the Lord’s help in this area and thankfully, His help is available!

This world is not our home. According to Matthew 24:14 the way home is through the nations. Jesus came to redeem a multitude from all peoples, languages, and cultures to Himself (Revelation) and it cost Him dearly. We are invited to join Him in His missionary redemption plan, and as it cost Jesus, it will cost us. We are going to have to fight as Jesus fought, bleed as Jesus bled, and pray as Jesus prayed. If we will do so among and for the 6500 unreached people groups of earth (who total 3.2 billion people), King Jesus will return, and we can all go home.

I still remember the flannel graph with the guy who was beat up on the road and the people who walked by him who didn’t even seem to care. Then there was that other guy. The guy who stopped and took care of his wounds and let him ride his donkey and paid for his lodging.
This weekend we are talking about faith. What is faith? Can I get more of it? Do I already have a lot of faith? Let’s explore what happens in our lives when we look at our divine nature.
