Conventional wisdom has taught us that we should always "Ready Aim Fire" when taking on a task. An example would be our educational system. We prepare our kids for life by aiming them at a target. When they graduate we hope that they "fire" and get a great job. The problem with this conservative approach (especially for real estate investors) is that you will eternally sit on the sidelines and never get in the game. By making a slight tweak in the order from "Ready Aim Fire" to "Ready Fire Aim" you are immediately getting in the game and learning real and actual lessons from the game itself.
