After a "brief" hiatus, Albert is back from rehab, Sandra has forgiven most of the Namor insults, and Stan got bored so they are back. This episode is best for people over the age of 15 due to Sandra's foul language. Also, do not send us email if you are a Dane Whitman fan, because NO ONE is a Dane Whitman fan, you are just deluding yourself.
They discuss What if and answer all your questions about it. Venom, Star Wars Visions, Y the Last Man get thrown in for good measure and then at the one hour mark they remember that they are supposed to discuss comics, and they do. Kind of. We also learn that the downfall of PBS is nude ballet and that Albert has afoot fetish which results in his consequent ban from Christian Mingle.com. Plus Sandra does not like Scarlet Johansson's apology to Disney.
New Comics get reviewed, nerd stuff gets discussed, Albert insults half of the human population, Sandra doesn't do the other half any favors. All this plus nude turtles.
We discuss the latest, comics, movies, and media then we learn Sandra has thrown her back out carrying the weight of the podcast, Stan is enamored with Adam West's physique, and Albert infects everyone else with his incorrect pronunciation of Shang-Chi. We also ask you make time next week for Sandra's intervention. The first step on the road to recovery is the rest of us admitting she has a problem.
This episode has nothing to do with Werner Herzog. It does, however have a lot to do with James Gunn's Suicide Squad now streaming on HBO Max. You also get Stan and Sandra arguing over which fictional character you support makes you more woke. Albert is here, too.

Reviews on Comics from the past few weeks, plus you get the added benefit of Stan wholeheartedly agreeing with Albert and Sandra, who then continue to admonish him
for daring to agree with them. As an added bonus, out of the blue, Sandra and Albert are suddenly greatly concerned about poor people taking advantage of millionaires.
In between discussing the Black Widow movie and why Stan is wrong about horror movies, Albert decides to enlighten us all with his tirade against Kevin Smith's haircut choices for the Netflix Master of the Universe reboot.
This episode they discuss the conclusion to the Disney Plus Marvel series Loki which somehow ends up being a discussion of Cyclop's and Wolverine's bed time preferences before circling back around to discussing Loki again. Also, Albert hates everyone.
They do talk about comics and the MCU and DC movies at some point, but in between there is a cacophony of incoherent "discussions". Albert has started saying whatever pops into his head leaving Stan to give up editing the episode three days into the ordeal. Honestly, I just gave up. You try dealing with Albert.
Recommendations for new comics this week! Albert thinks he can beat Magneto with a knife, and Sandra can't pronounce "Namor".
Due to Tucker Carlson offering a "bow tie" only premium hour on his OnlyFans, Sandra was late to the last podcast. To kill time while they waited on her, Stan regales Albert with half remembered stories he has heard about celebrities. The half he didn't remember he just pulled out his @$$.
As we review comics from last week and give you our picks for this week, we learn that Sandra really likes Loki's "Glorious Purpose". They also question the relevance of Patton Oswald and are surprised to learn Conan O'Brien is still alive. Plus Albert and Stan recap Secret Wars for Sandra who has spent the last six years confused by it.
In addition to comic reviews from the past week and suggestions for this week, you will be on the edge of your seat as Albert attempts simple math in his head. Stan only forgets half of what he is talking about in this episode and mispronounces the word "gala" repeatedly. And have you heard the good news? Sandra loves you!
They decide to save the comic book reviews and updates for the next episode and instead waste entirely too much time on Zack Snyder, who insults Albert's intelligence. Plus we learn that Sandra thinks there can be only one and as an added bonus, there's a lot of discussion about Sam Neill for some reason.
While Albert, Stan, and Sandra would love to take their time and make sweet, sweet auditory love to you for 90 or more minutes, we just don't have time for that right now, so how about a quicky? The events of the past week have shaken the comics community to its core and left us wondering about what, if any, kind of future American comics have. Also Sandra has problems with Conan's loin cloth and Albert is grumpy throughout the whole thing.

Stan is concerned about jaywalkers in Metropolis. They prove that absolutely no part of this podcast is scripted or researched in the slightest.
Albert is a Regis Philbin fan and can't tell one shark from another. Sandra assigns a gender to water. Stan expects to be rewarded if Ed Harris is dangled in front of him. Albert is dismayed that Wonder Woman is now armed with a chainsaw of truth-Stan mispronounces "Tigra", and "Titania", and several other words and names, but why should this be different than other episodes?-Albert discusses geology in relation to Brie Larson, then he denies Harley Quinn a seat at the table-A lotta Star Trek blasphemy in this episode, so you're forewarned.
Albert brings up Hitler first, just as a change of pace -Bendis deprives Stan of promised shenanigans- A lot of talk about cogs, at least we think that's what they are saying- Now with more censorship in this one podcast than the entirety of last year's run!
Albert has an unhealthy obsession with Gail Simone-Stan mentions Hitler again, but not where it would be acceptable to mention Hitler-For someone that doesn't like Legos, Albert sure knows a lot about them-An amazing amount of discussion about the SubMariner for a show without Sandra-There are probably better things to do with your time, but who has the energy for them?
Albert could be wrong, so just to cover the bases Stan does it both ways-Albert has an unique theme park idea-Stan concludes that Noah was riding a feathered T-Rex when Morgan Freeman gave him the Ten Commandments-Then they talk about Gone With the Wind for 15 minutes, because that's what you really want out of a comic book based podcast, isn't it?
-Albert thinks the solution to everything is more giant squid monsters-Stan works Marvel Comics in several times, even though the episode is supposed to focus on DC-Tim explains to Stan how calendars work-Albert is simply biding time till the paradigm shifts.-There is some mention of DC Comics sporadically, so there's that.
