Do you remember this scene from The Karate Kid?  Daniel waxing all those cars...wax on...wax off.  He despised this very tedious work, until the realization that over time he was now very skilled in the martial art of Karate.

God allows us to experience some very despised small things, until one day we to realize we have learned a great lesson.  Take a look at Zechariah 4:10.
