EarthUP CEO Stephen Bay chats with sustainability expert, Casey Stock, about building a sustainability program with impact. As the Senior Sustainability Manager at DaVita Inc., Casey worked with a small internal team to turn a grassroots effort into a global and year-round sustainability program that connects with 70,000 employees. By offering incentives and resources for every DaVita employee to engage in sustainability, the program has produced some major green initiatives to reduce the company's carbon footprint. Casey shares some tips to scaling a program and why engagement truly does have to be at the center.
