Matt interviews his long time friend Nick Gardner. Nick Is a Physical Education Teacher in Topeka. He has created a positive culture in PE class and has done a lot of extra things to make a positive impact in his school’s culture. He goes above and beyond for his school and students. We talk about our philosophy and how him and I both student taught for the same person Mr. Pletcher and how we have taken what he taught us and brought it back to Topeka

Nick has created an amazing culture and overall positive vibe at Quincy Elementary. He has truly left an impact on that school for the better. 

Nick also created a Basketball league that helps students learn the value of hard work and accountability.
