The wilderness and Egypt were places of "just enough", but  God had to move the Israelites to Cannan which is a land of more than enough, hence if all you have is just enough as an adult, you are living in the wilderness, come out of it!

It is extra that is added to an ordinary that makes us extraordinary human beings, build up your resources and capacity to the extra level.
