Connor grew up in Nebraska and Colorado and speaks to the experience of growing up Black in America and dealing with the police and the justice system. Though his father was a police detective, he was still targeted and absorbed for a time by a justice system that seemed in many ways to be rigged against him because of his skin color. Now he is a radio host, and a Media Marketing Director in Denver.
