Today's Tip Is: Make a good firstimpression........ The FIRST time.

Some examples include:

1. In the Interview

• Better to be over dressed than under dressed.  

• Want to be prepared.  ex. Resume's for everyone 

• have good communication skills

• Knowledge of the Club and Position

• WOW them somehow.  Do something different

2. With the Staff

• Not just he pro staff, but the desk staff and the rest of the staff

• Ask about them, get to know them.  Show that you are truly interested in them

• Offer your help, especially in a bind

3. With the Members

• Hang out in the lobby and talk to them

• Get involved in as many socials as you can

• Go to a board meeting

• Get a write up in the newsletter or online staff page

4. With Your Private Lessons

• Good intro of yourself

• Let them know that you care in a classy way

• Have a private lesson plan for each student.  Come up with an annual plan

• Put in the extra time between privates

4. With Your Group Lessons

• Hi to everyone in warm-up

• Email and return phone calls.
