No doubt that the passing of Elijah Cummings, the Chair of the Oversight Committee

will be felt, more immediately by the Democrats but eventually by everyone in the

country at a time when the other political Party, the GOP, seems to be on a mission

to destroy the rule of law and shred the Constitution.

His departure will be felt but the question I keep asking Why Are Republicans Not Smart?
