There should be a disclosure that comes with this job when you sign on explaining things you WILL run into inevitably.. because the problem is, when people DO run into these things, a lot of times they think of them as reasons to quit.. reasons why this isn't for them.. reasons why they've obviously done something wrong and are no good at this. NONE of which are true!
