Some thing that holds people back the most in this industry is being un coachable. Unwilling to take feedback, critique and advice, thinking you’re too good for self development, provided training, meetings, etc. This industry is about helping people and if you are too full of yourself, that will absolutely hold you back from any progress.

You might listen to this today & think that’s not me… But ask yourself this... The last time your upline reach out to you, did you brush it off as if you already knew everything they told you? Did you take forever to respond and say something like I know “I need to do better” or “I know that’s an excuse…” If you’re saying those things... you might just be uncoachable and you might have a pride problem.
