The truth is, this industry is hard and more than compelling captions, pictures with the perfect preset and just hoping for a "runner".

You have to learn to say no and set boundaries to get things done & put your head down and work hard. There are zero short cuts in this business - NONE. Numbers do not lie, pay attention to them and track your growth or lack there of and trouble shoot what's working and what's not. This is a real life business, do you truly realize that? If you don't have a plan, you are chasing your goals in the dark. YOU ARE YOUR BRAND, you have to be able to help yourself before you can truly offer help to anyone else confidently. There is no such thing as work/life balance in something that is ever changing. Learn from those that are where you want to be and take the initiative to learn the things that you don't know.
