We all have systems.  Some are better than others.  Good ones help us and bad ones distract or diminish our capability.  Therefore it is important to have an evaluation mechanism to help you quantify your system's efficiency.  The 4-E's will help you with this process.  Great systems will do the following:

1. The system should put you at Ease
2. It should Express you
3. They should Enrich you
4. They must Extend you
