Luke is joined by James Thomson, Columnist at The Australian Financial Review about warnings the Silicon Valley Bank collapse threatens to wipe out tech companies and smash smaller banks. 

The US Treasury has stated the government will not bail out the bank, although along with the Federal Reserve and FDIC, says all Silicon Valley Bank clients will be protected and have access to their funds.
