Tips for raising Optimistic Children and Families

Is an ideal family child centered or relationship centered?Relationships are related and connected to everything we do. And without them we have nothing, hope you agree with it. If not then let me know your logic or reason about it.

Following are some factors that can ensure optimism in children:

1. A supportive network and environment in which healthy and fulfilling relationships take place is the best way to live in my view.
2. Children are born with natural optimism. And that can be maintained in an optimistic household.
3. How the parents see difficult situations in their life effects the children. If the parents see setbacks as challenges than defeat and have the attitude that they will navigate through the situation and not choose to blame, then the children can learn to resilient, optimistic and ready to move on.
4. Parents who have a good, genuine, respectful, and caring relationship
5. Parents spending quality and meaningful time with their children.
6. Parents must model consistency and empathy
7. Family support, harmony and stability is helpful in creating optimistic environment.
8. In order to face the challenges in the world, children must feel trusted, safe, and confident at home
9. Provide your children realistic goals by practicing and modeling them yourself
