Life is hard and we all have to carry our crosses, but we have a tendency to focus on those crosses a little too much. In this episode, we talk about why that is.

Today, we talk about negativity bias. We note that, though we tend to connect the dots and form patterns from bad things, we rarely do the same for good things. We talk about why our society over-values happiness. We define interference and discuss how to overcome it. We talk about why we need to think less, and we point out Jesus’s response to the storms in our lives: to walk all over them. We talk about the Jesus prayer and define mercy.
