I LOVE CARTWHEELS! The classic cartwheel is truly a thing of beauty and is to be respected always. However, the mechanics of both the AERIAL cartwheel and goal setting are very similar. Both require strategic momentum, tons of foundational work, getting comfortable with a different point of view, and the hardest part of all: surrendering control--whether to gravity or to stepping out your own comfort zone.
