SERMON DESCRIPTION This summer I was invited to join two different people in checking something off of their “Bucket Lists.” One involved fly-fishing in Colorado, and the other was to attend a heavy metal concert – Ozzy Osbourne with Black Sabbath. Some people might find it surprising, but I not only had a blast, I found intrinsic value in both. These experiences also caused me to think about what items might be on my own list. What essential things do I hope to accomplish before I die? As I look to the Bible, the Buddha, and other sources of inspiration and wisdom, I realize that having some things on a Bucket List can be very important. What’s on your Bucket List?
