Panic attacks are frightening and frustrating. Unfortunatley, we as a species have evolved to experience panic attacks when our brain or body senses some type of danger. Or, lucky for us (lol) when there isn't any danger at all, and our mind is playing tricks on us cough anxiety cough.   This technique, called floating, allows us to be non-reactive (not ignoring) during a panic attack. Doing this allows the sensations of panic to quell on its own.
