Need Strength? Enjoy this short prayer for strength

Dear God,

Today I pray for strength. I feel so overwhelmed and it seems like I just can't go on anymore. I know that in my weakness that's where you're strong. Strengthen my body and soul and give me the courage to face whatever comes my way daily. I depend on you my God and I know that you will not disappoint me. Help me to not give up on you but to wait and trust you even when I do not understand your plan.
