This is the first episode in our series, “Theology in Practice: Knowing God Changes Who We Are and How We Engage with the World.” This episode was recorded before the COVID-19 outbreak, but the four episodes to follow in this series will very much speak to the current, crazy circumstances revolving around COVID-19 and we pray they will be a help to you. The most helpful thing you can intake, ever, particularly in times of crisis, is the Word of God. Whether you’re at home with school aged kiddos because their schools are shut down, fighting loneliness in your apartment or being driven crazy by your roommate, entertaining toddlers indoors for hours on end, or working late at the hospital taking care of those who are sick, this week’s episode with Dianne Jago will encourage you to invest whatever time you can being in God’s Word. Dianne founded Deeply Rooted Magazine, where she serves as the chief editor. She’s married to a military man named Ethan, has three kiddos, and lives in Florida, and she just published her first book, A Holy Pursuit. We talk about worldview, what it is, and how we can develop a Biblical worldview.
