How Notes - Writing Experience Summary: My writing experience started with having no experience at all. Without really knowing what I was doing, or where to start – I just started. I knew that I was never going to be totally ready and simply decided to get up early on a Saturday and give it a go. In addition, I had an idea for a story that just stuck with me. I kept adding to it in my head for about a year and a half. Also, a significant part of my writing journey was fear. I was concerned that I would see a version of my story idea somewhere and would regret not following through. So, not only did I follow through, I’m about to finish my second novel and I’m excited to share it with my family and those that are ready to read more of my writing.

I’ve learned that creating something significant and original is possible. You simply need to start.
