I really appreciate Jennifer for taking the time to talk with us. She really opens up and is extremely transparent about why she made the leap from corporate life and into the start-up world.

Also, insurance is something I personally ignored for the greater part of my life. Actually, I don't think I had insurance from the time I was 18-22. That's four years of not having any insurance and thankfully I was able to get insurance in my mid-20s or otherwise I'd have some large medical bills to take care of. I won't bore you with the whole story, but let's just say that racing triathlon on an extremely competitive level took my body through the ringer and I ended up in a lot of doctors ‘offices.

I'm a bit of an adrenaline junkie, so health insurance has become a priority in my family.
