Our guest today is Joe Williams a man who is a true Warrior who lives, leads and serves from the heart. He uses his life experience and story to empower people to overcome their struggles or in Joe's words 'The Enemy Within'. He is an accomplished athlete, an author, motivational speaker and a man with a mission.

In this episode we share the space with Joe's fierce little wild hearted girl Frankie, as we walk through the journey of healing trauma for the next generation.
