A visionary by nature, I love coming up with new and innovative ideas for people to collaborate together. I strongly believe in forming tribes which is the future of marketing where social media platforms are the driving force. Empowering women leaders is my passion. It is all about nurturing other women and helping them to achieve their full potential. My debut book, Finding Your Voice, is designed to instill hope in people by helping them to rediscover their identity. My favourite all-time quote has been "Perhaps you were born for such a time as this" and I attribute my journey thus far has led up to what I am doing now. I am a connector and passionate about building communities. My writing is inspired by my interaction with the people around me. Before I decided to pursue my passion for writing, I was in executive search for the last 10 years. Spent the first 4 years as a Senior Researcher, where I developed extensive candidate sourcing skills through market mapping, networking and referrals. My focus areas have been in Equities & Asset Management space within Asia Pacific. In the last few years, I recruited for mid to senior level hires for both financial institutions and large corporations. Successfully made placements within Asia in diverse roles including, finance, sales & marketing, legal roles etc. Prior to executive search, I started my career in marketing and event management.
