The Mix: Recent Episodes

Andy and Kishan, two sophomores from Yale bring on guests from all around the world to discuss a wide range of issues such as political correctness, economics, and computer science.

Andy was born in Florida to two immigrants from China who came to America seeking a better life. As a he grew older, he became more aware of political issues involving immigration, economic inequality, and education. In his free time, he enjoys trading stocks, coding, and reading. Now at Yale, he's studying Computer Science and Economics, hoping to one day find his own business.

Kishan was raised in Upstate New York to two immigrants from Zambia and India. His parents ran a small motel business and through these experiences, he came to appreciate the values of hard work and determination. Kishan competed in FIRST Robotics and qualified two times in a row to attend the international championship. Now at Yale he is double majoring in computer science and statistics & data science, hoping to attend law school and pursue a career in tech policy.
