Karin Calde, Ph.D., is a former therapist and current IFS-Informed Relationship coach. Karin works predominantly with couples and is particularly interested in working with step-couples who want their children to thrive in their new blended family unit. Karin helps her clients identify what they want for their families and create a plan to help make these goals a reality. We discussed her childhood, divorce, and the Internal Family Systems model.
