What is Sloth? Are there any misconceptions you had about it that were cleared up or clarified today?
What do you notice about how and what God creates as he forms the formless and fills the empty? Name some of the rhythms and boundaries of Creation
What does it means to be created through God’s speech and in His image? What relational implications does it have for us and all creation?
What does it mean to “respond” to all these gifts and commands of our Creation and Redemption? What does it mean or look like to “despond” instead?
Every new moment is a new opportunity to respond or to despond to Christ and our fellow human beings. How will you die to sloth so that you can rise to attend, actively to this choice this week?
