Guilt is a powerful emotion, and like all emotions left unaddressed, it will spiral into a monster and hold you back from achieving your most important vision and goals. Over the course of your past week or month, you have likely done something (or not done something) that you are feeling guilty about. This guilt may have started small. It's similar to that twisty feeling in your stomach but now magnified so much that it creeps into your daily thoughts.
Sounds familiar? Perhaps you are now more critical of yourself and maybe a little detached from coworkers, colleagues, or your spouse. Now feeling guilty has two sides–it can motivate you toward action and growth (spoiler: that's what we'll be talking about), or it can hold you back even after others have forgiven you or forgotten about the situation in the first place.
If you are feeling guilty and looking for some tactical solutions, then listen to this show.
