God created three institutions: The home, the church and the government. He NEVER gave the children to the government. Parents are the rear and train their children and the church is suppose to teach them how to do that. There in is the problem! The government thinks the kids belong to them. The church doesn't want to touch child rearing and most parents would rather the TV or the Internet do the job!
