Let’s discuss the “Opportunity to win” What does that mean? Naturally, we seek out the vision of the road ahead and see the tough times and stress points. I want to reshape that thought process a bit. This week, I want you to seek out the “Opportunities to Win” that lie ahead of you. Where are those potential moments or times that you could squeak out a little more. Maybe it is another rep in the gym, 10 extra minutes on that work project or 30 extra minutes with your kids or family. Where are those times in your week? We all have them. Often times we overlook those times by saying phrases like “I don’t have time” or “I couldn’t get to that”. There are times that it is harder to actually accomplish things but every single week, there are times that we fail to capitalize on. What are some common pitfalls and opportunities in a normal week for the average person? Here are my top 5: 1. Facebook/Social Media 2. Commutes to and from work 3. Lunch breaks at work 4. 30-60 minutes before bed time 5. Hours before you leave for work
In just those few examples I bet you have already identified the opportunities that you currently have available in your life that you can start to create new habits that will help you grow and thrive! Seek out those wins! They are there for the taking if you so choose!
