Volunteer work and getting involved in the community develop your leadership skills. It’s not required but it will help you greatly in your journey to CRNA school. Don’t be afraid to go to conferences and mingle. Start volunteering at youth groups at your church or honor societies near you. Do whatever it takes to fill up your resume.
