We get real with ourselves about how we are communicating, and talk about how we can move into a place of empowered expression. We reflect on our experiences as children and honor how they have shaped the way we judge our thoughts and feelings today. Our relationship with our father figures and masculine energies growing up plays a HUGE role in how we learn to validate and express our emotions, and I give you examples of exactly how this can show up. We also talk about human design and how open or defined throat centers can affect the way we communicate.
