Dear U.S. ExtenData Customers,

In early August 2019, the United States Government announced it would impose a 10% tariff on an additional $300 billion of goods manufactured in China when imported and sold in the United States. When this tariff goes into effect, it will increase the price of select mobile computing devices, scanning, printing, and wireless technology.

As a valued customer, we want you to know what ExtenData is doing to anticipate the impact of these new tariffs.

1. We are working closely with our supply chain to mitigate, and in some cases, avoid the impact of tariffs as a result of our forecasting and inventory availability.
2. Our account teams are communicating with customers to create awareness on the price changes. We know how important it is for you to provide the highest levels of customer service and operational control while meeting expectations for profitability.
3. We are committed to finding ways to offset tariff increases by providing access to our engineering teams. They can assist in finding new opportunities for savings and efficiency.
