As we open up the CHANGE YOUR TRAJECTORY series, I am thrilled to have James Ricks on the Katalyst Podcast. James and I connected on LinkedIn in March of this year and by the time we recorded this, James' world was uncertain and for that matter everyone's world was uncertain. The COVID-19 pandemic was starting to take effect in the U.S. and as a result the Ricks family was delaying their relocation plans. 

It's a great story and James is a great guest. You should expect to be challenged in the way you think about your life, your career, your family, your goals and your growth.
